Connecting Mind, Body & Spirit to Heal From Within.
Holistic & Integrative Psychotherapy Emphasizing EMDR and Parts Work to Restore Your Sense of Oneness
We Are Not Just Talk Therapy.
While sharing your story is powerful, true healing requires moving beyond surface-level conversation. We practice integrative psychotherapy, uniting evidence-based neuroscience with holistic practices to engage your entire being across mind, body, and spirit. This allows you to process trauma where it lives and rediscover your internal balance.
Our Philosophy:
An Integrative Journey to Wholeness
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. We believe that for true transformation to happen, you must feel entirely supported, accepted, validated, and free from judgment. Our practice is rooted in integrative psychotherapy, which means we intentionally combine traditional clinical expertise with deep somatic exploration and dedicated inner-work. We don't just treat isolated symptoms; we walk with you to care for the whole person.
Our Core Modalities
Advanced Trauma Processing with EMDR
By utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), we help your brain and nervous system safely reprocess traumatic memories, releasing the physical and emotional distress attached to them so you can finally move forward.
Parts Work & Inner Child Healing
Integrating IFS and Jungian approaches, we explore the different internal parts of who you are, creating a compassionate space to heal old childhood wounds, resolve internal conflicts, and reclaim your inherent Self-leadership.
Integrative Mind-Body Practices
We incorporate holistic practices including mindfulness, meditation, grounding, and deep inner-work, to bridge the gap between mental clarity and physical calm, cultivating true alignment.
Evidence-Based Framework
Our deeper somatic, parts-based, and integrative work is firmly grounded in proven, structured modalities including: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
What services we offer?
EYE Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)
An evidence-based, somatic approach designed to help your brain and body process trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted emotional distress. Utilizing polyvagal-informed EMDR, we guide you beyond surface-level symptoms to release stored nervous system tension, reprocess painful memories, and restore a felt sense of safety and balance.
Individual Integrative Therapy
A tailored, holistic alternative to traditional talk therapy. We integrate structured clinical tools (CBT/DBT) with parts work (IFS), Jungian-informed depth psychology, and somatic grounding to engage your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we work to uncover root causes, heal inner child wounds, and align you with your core Self.

I integrate evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, IFS, polyvagal-informed EMDR, and Jungian-informed depth approaches. The Meaning Behind Oneness
In our practice, Oneness represents the ultimate goal of the healing journey: the complete integration of mind, body, and spirit.
When we experience trauma, prolonged stress, or anxiety, our system naturally fragments. We become disconnected from our physical bodies, detached from our emotions, and misaligned with our true selves. Oneness Holistic Therapy was founded to bridge these divides. To us, Oneness means returning to your natural state of internal harmony, where your brain, nervous system, and inner Self operate as a unified, resilient whole.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Traditional talk therapy focuses primarily on the logical, analytical part of the brain to discuss past events. While this offers valuable insight, trauma, chronic stress, and anxiety are often physically stored in the body and the deeper, emotional survival center of the brain. Our integrative approach combines evidence-based neuroscience with parts work and somatic practices to heal where talk therapy can sometimes fall short.
-
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a heavily researched, neurobiologically based therapy designed to help the brain safely reprocess traumatic or distressing memories. By utilizing polyvagal-informed EMDR, we work with your nervous system to gently shift these memories from a state of active physical and emotional distress into a state of peaceful resolution, allowing you to finally move forward.
-
Yes! EMDR is incredibly effective via telehealth. We utilize secure, specialized visual and auditory tools specifically designed for virtual bilateral stimulation, allowing you to experience the full benefits of deep trauma processing from the safety and comfort of your own home.
-
Often, when we feel stuck or conflicted, it is because different "parts" of us want different things—for example, a part of you might desperately want to change, while another part protects you by staying comfortable. Parts work helps us understand, unburden, and harmonize these various inner dynamics, while inner child healing focuses on identifying and caring for the vulnerable, wounded parts of yourself carrying pain or beliefs from your early life.
-
We currently provide secure, HIPAA-compliant online telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere across Massachusetts. Additionally, we are excited to share that an in-person office location in Westfield, MA will be opening soon to offer in-person care.
-
We are fully bilingual and proud to provide culturally competent integrative psychotherapy fluently in both English and Spanish (Español) to thoroughly support the Latino and Hispanic communities.
